ENGAGING THE DIGITAL OUT OF HOME INDUSTRY

WE.DOOH WEBINAR WORKSHOP

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome.

May 2, 2019 – 4:45 PM

Have you ever thought of yourself as a fraud or a fake… waiting for others to ‘find out’ that you aren’t really as smart or talented as everyone thinks? If you haven’t felt this way, many folks on your team probably do.

“Impostor Syndrome” affects the majority of women at work–and men are not immune either. A 2018 study shows two-thirds of women suffer from feelings of Imposter Syndrome (along with almost half-of men). And in creative roles, that number jumps to 87%. It can hold you back from achieving your potential, and wreak havoc to your team dynamic and business.

With 4 out of 5 male executives pointing to women’s lack of confidence as a major barrier to their professional growth, it’s time to understand how this mindset can stunt career growth and what you can do about it. This presentation will provide you with strategies you can deploy immediately to transform your professional growth and personal relationships.
